Container shipping is typically the most cost-effective and efficient method of ocean freight forwarding, but what if the goods you need to ship don’t fit in a standard shipping container? In this case, you may need to move your cargo using break bulk shipping.

Break bulk transportation involves moving large cargo in smaller units, such as pallets, barrels, drums, boxes, or bags. It was the most common method of ocean freight transportation before the rise of large container ships. While typically more labor intensive than full container load (FCL)
and less than container load (LCL) shipping, it is often still the best shipping choice when products are too large, heavy, or awkwardly shaped to fit in a standard container, or if the products need to be transported to a minimally-developed port that can’t accommodate container ships.

Ex-works shipping terms can be useful for importers when suppliers are not willing or able to offer FOB terms. When importing cargo on these terms, your costs are very clear cut. As long as you know all of the transport and documentation fees, your costs can be very well controlled from the
outset.

Don’t worry too much about all of this as we make this process simple for you. If you’ve agreed an Ex works purchase with your supplier, we can arrange all of the transport, documentation and handling of the goods and simply include the costs in an all- inclusive quote.

If your supplier offers you EXW terms, and you have an EXW quote from us… you’ll know all the costs to buy and get the products to you. All there is to look into now is the Duty and VAT and you can work that out here.

NVOCC stands for Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier. We are into NVOCC operation with group owned assets.

As a licensed NVOCC, our Sea freight department coordinates movements for Full Container Load (FCL) cargo to/from any International Ports.

We offer our clients to use telescopic semi-trailers, low bed and other special trailers. We have gained experience in transportation of the following cargoes:
